A practice you can come back to
There is no need to move on because somebody else has finished. Repeat a task, ask a question, and build a method that feels familiar.
Choose a small outcome
Decide what you want to finish: one saved document, one clear message or one useful question.
Try it on your device
Read the instruction, put it into practice, then check what changed on the screen.
Make it your own
Repeat the task with a different example. Keep the notes that help you remember the process.

Before your first practice
Choose a device you already have and a quiet place to work. Prepare a practice file with no sensitive information. Write down one outcome you want to achieve. If a button looks different on your screen, read its purpose rather than choosing the closest-looking symbol.
Stop at a step you do not understand. Repeat the explanation or write a specific question describing what appeared on screen. Keep passwords and authentication codes private, and avoid using important files for your first experiments.
