Questions
Clear answers to help you choose a useful starting point.
Do I need any previous experience?
You can start from zero. Choose the computer or phone guide and try one practice task before moving on. The material does not assume technical vocabulary.
Do I need a new device?
Start with the equipment you already have. Buttons may have different names, but many ideas carry across devices. Include your device type when asking about guided learning.
Can I learn using only a phone?
You can read the guides, practise phone skills and write simple prompts. Some window and file exercises are easier on a computer, so choose tasks that fit your device.
How do I choose a starting level?
Think of one task you would like to do without someone doing it for you. Choose the closest guide, or describe that task in an enquiry if you are unsure.
Can I trust every AI answer?
No. An answer can contain mistakes, assumptions or unsupported references. Use it to support learning and drafting, and independently check facts before relying on them.
Does an enquiry book a course?
No. The form asks for information about learning. Format, availability and any fees need to be confirmed separately. No payment is collected on this site.
What should I leave out of my message?
Do not include passwords, verification codes, identity documents or financial account details. A description of your device and learning goal is enough.
Are the people in the photos your learners or staff?
The photographs are licensed illustrations of everyday technology use. We do not present the people shown as our learners or staff. Sources are listed on the photo-credits page.
